About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Portfolio Manager to join our Change Portfolio Oversight team at Danske Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining robust control over a portfolio of strategic projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and rank all new regulatory initiatives across the bank with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project and programs/initiatives stay within governance.
  • Report portfolio status to senior management.
  • Develop and mature project ideas into projects.
  • Support the Project Managers, so that they deliver the projects efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain the project model and project templates.
  • Maintain the project pipeline and forecast resources.
About You

You will be an influential communicator and a self-driven individual who knows when to stand firm and when to compromise. You bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager and or PMO experience.
  • Knowledge of the latest PMO and PM methodologies and trends.
  • Proven understanding of project governance, risk, and planning.
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • You are structured, yet innovative and motivated to make a positive impact.
  • You are willing to take responsibility for your own learning and ownership of your own tasks and to work as a team player.
  • Experienced in working in a matrix organization.
