About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Portfolio Manager to join our team in Change Portfolio Oversight at Danske Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining robust control over a portfolio of strategic projects and programmes, prioritizing and ranking new regulatory initiatives, and ensuring project and programs/initiatives stay within governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain robust control over a portfolio of strategic projects and programmes.
  • Prioritize and rank all new regulatory initiatives across the bank with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project and programs/initiatives stay within governance.
  • Report portfolio status to senior management.
  • Help develop and mature project ideas into projects.
  • Support the Project Managers, so that they deliver the projects efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain the project model and project templates.
  • Maintain the project pipeline and forecast resources.
About You

We are looking for a self-driven individual with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager and or PMO experience. You should have knowledge of the latest PMO and PM methodologies and trends, proven understanding of project governance, risk, and planning, and strong project management, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
