Senior Automation Project Manager, Intralogistics Solutions Expert

Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for automation and a knack for teamwork? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same? We're seeking a Senior Intralogistics Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and project management, with experience in implementing scalable and sustainable solutions. As a module lead in our Fill & Finish production Expansions program, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating implementation across our global sites.
Your focus areas will include:
- Managing project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation
- Defining the scope of standards implementation
- Driving and executing the project plan, managing stakeholders, and challenging solutions
- Ensuring compliance and quality in all parts of the projects
- Collaborating with technology partners and site work package owners
Beyond execution and control, you will be responsible for shaping best practices and standards with your colleagues in the Warehouse team and the extended IT & Automation team.
Some travel activity is expected.
To be a competitive candidate, you may have:
- A master's, bachelor's, or technician degree in automation or IT, with technical experience from the automation/production industry
- At least 4 years of experience in IT/OT implementation in Pharmaceutical Production Facility and 3 years of experience with operating IT/OT Systems within GxP environment
- Experience working with Automated Warehouse/Intralogistics solutions
- Knowledge in vendor management
- Experience from GMP regulated industry environment and implementation of SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems would be an advantage
You will naturally get followership from a project team and can communicate at all levels in the organization. You work effectively, independently, and with a natural respect based on your technical understanding.
