Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our Data & Insights practice, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven decision making.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to craft comprehensive data strategies, generate actionable insights, and develop compelling data narratives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing business needs and defining requirements to build data strategies that drive impactful, data-driven decisions.
  • Developing and steering the organization's data strategy, including architecture, reporting, analytics, and AI/machine learning.
  • Creating clear, visual data frameworks and KPI definitions for measuring performance.
  • Utilizing Journey Management practices to enhance analysis of customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Managing and maintaining a knowledge repository for third-party insights and research.
  • Facilitating workshops to brainstorm and develop complex data solutions.
  • Guiding teams in structuring and implementing across the Marketing Technology Stack to track and measure success.
  • Promoting a test-and-learn approach for optimizing web performance, media investments, and product features.
  • Advancing attribution strategies by tracking and analyzing the impact of marketing activities.
  • Translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a data analytics/data-centric business environment with a strong foundation in data strategy.
  • Consulting background, or agency team orientation preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on empathetic leadership, together with a team-player attitude.
  • Expert communicator, both verbally and written.
