Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Norwegian Language Customer Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to customers who contact us with questions about our diabetes health care products.

You will be part of a dynamic and social environment where we prioritize teamwork, development opportunities, and a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and accurate support via phone and email.
  • Be part of continually developing and optimizing our project and processes to ensure happy customers.
  • Provide administrative support for our management team by completing ad-hoc tasks and back-office assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with our KPIs in regards to call length, service level, and quality of service.

Working Hours and Contact
