Your Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and improve the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in a new culture.
