Job Description

As a Logistics Manager Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in executing operational plans that drive customer satisfaction and efficiency. Your focus will be on analyzing data to monitor performance and cost development, ensuring seamless operations across the logistics chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Excellence: Implement local operational plans for warehousing and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze in-depth data to identify areas for process improvements and productivity enhancements with LSPs and customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers to optimize satisfaction and maximize efficiency.
  • Innovative Logistics: Initiate development, optimization, and implementation of innovative logistic models to meet customer needs.
  • Internal and External Customer Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of goods to internal and external customers according to the demand plan, meeting quality, time, and cost requirements.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we seek an individual with:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or consulting.
  • FMCG industry experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, back-office, and business intelligence tools.
  • Previous LSP or 4PL management experience.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of European logistics settings and successful experience in benchmarking local organizations.
