About the Role
Vestas is seeking a skilled Kaizen Transformation Specialist to contribute to our mission of powering a sustainable energy future. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving lean transformation and operational excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement OPEX assessments in collaboration with the PEX team
- Train stakeholders in lean tools and facilitate Local Kaizen Board activities
- Lead and conduct 5S audits and trainings
- Update crane plans with a focus on safety
- Align job sequences for optimal flow in the assembly area
- Update warehouse delivery plans for just-in-time delivery
- Analyze data for production to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications
- An engineering degree
- Experience in production/process/tools engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with Kaizen activities, 5S, and other lean tools
- Practical experience in implementing and managing change in a production environment
- Experience with production support software
Competencies
- Advanced communication skills with fluent English proficiency and basic Danish oral skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data and present it in a simple way
- Capable of making timely, informed decisions considering facts, goals, constraints, and risks
- Skilled at promoting collaboration, inspiring innovation, and engaging people effectively
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
- Maintains focus on achieving goals and delivering results
