About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Coordinator to join our team at Royal Canin SAS. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the Key Account team, field sales, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities between the Key Account team, field sales, and clients to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns, sales cycles, and account initiatives in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales Support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, through participation in meetings and effective collaboration.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience from a similar role within FMCG or a commercial organization is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with a passion for turning data into insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in dashboards and reporting tools being an asset.
