About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Intl. N&H Denmark ApS team in Denmark. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for executing recruiting projects across Northern Europe, collaborating with various functions, and developing a solid understanding of assigned geographies' workforce planning needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Recruiting target active and passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
  2. Carrying out full life cycle recruiting including job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews.
  3. Ensuring candidate assessments are administered for assigned recruitment and supporting with best practice usage and interpretation to Hiring Teams.
  4. Representing Intl. N&H Denmark ApS to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the employer brand in the region.
  5. Responsible for driving the recruiting process for assigned portfolio and acting as an advisor to the HR team regarding TA processes, best practices, interviewing techniques, and tools.
  6. Supporting continuous improvement by thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market, and technology for successful sourcing solutions.
  7. Developing strong Talent Market knowledge for assigned geographies across Europe.
  8. Applying direct search/networking methodology to identify talent within limited and/or specific candidate pools.
  9. Effectively using social media tools to source talent, solid LinkedIn user for talent mapping identification.
  10. Managing Global Applicant Tracking System administration.
  11. Maintaining strict adherence to all requisite internal & external standards.
  12. Participating in CoE projects and initiatives as required.
  13. Complying with all relevant standards both internally and externally.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources/related fields or relatable work experience.
  • 3-5 years' proven track record in TA or recruiting experience with experience in international search and hiring across Nordics area.
  • Experience in technical and manufacturing jobs in related industries such as Ingredients, chemicals, biosciences, food, life sciences, consumer goods etc.
  • Experience gained from either in-house or RPO environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.
  • Experience with Global Applicant Tracking System, database management, direct sourcing, and leveraging professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn or local job boards).
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrable Proficiency in successfully recruiting for a variety of complex positions.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective relationships and managing expectations of Senior stakeholders on-site and remote.
  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy taking initiative and working as part of a hybrid team.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Persistent with a strong drive for results.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Workday.
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Languages: fluent in English and Finnish. Fluency in Danish would be a plus but is not required.

Salary Estimate: 60,000 - 80,000 EUR per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Location: Denmark, with the option to work remotely or in-office 2 days a week.
