Program Manager Job Description

This role involves leading initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-site technical teams, and carefully managing milestones for positive outcomes.

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive project activities effectively and manage milestone deliveries.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to driving project activities effectively, coupled with hands-on management of milestone deliveries and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Candidates should be able to collaborate closely with cross-site technical teams to ensure project fulfillment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the technical subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating technical teams in program management roles.
  • A strong advocate for best development practices and solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and independent work approach.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Master's or BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of data communication and network protocols.
  • Experience with the development of embedded solutions.
