About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving our vision for digital integration of product development processes.

Your main objective will be to coordinate and drive 2-stroke PLM initiatives across the product lifecycle. This includes strategic initiatives, management of business PLM project portfolio, collaboration and internal customer engagement, and lessons learned and optimization.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of PLM systems, preferably ARAS, with a proven track record in managing PLM solutions. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in PLM and project management within an international company.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have strong leadership skills to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with business goals. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is preferred.
