Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Graduate to join our team in Ballerup. As a member of our 2-year Graduate Program, you will undergo three rotations of 8 months, gaining valuable experience in different departments and developing your skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.

You will start by working in the heart of our Global Digital Transformation Program, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic direction and implementing projects across various divisions. This will provide you with extensive exposure to our leadership team and a wide network from day one.

During your rotations, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including:

  • Overseeing project execution in the Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Collaborating with the Head of PMO to develop material for the Executive Steering Committee.
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and timely actions.
  • Analyzing data for senior leadership decision-making material.
  • Supporting our communications and change journey during important rollout phases.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
