About the Role

As a Channel Account Manager Enterprise, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the Netherlands market. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with ICT resellers and collaborating with them to integrate and sell intelligent audio & video collaboration solutions to their corporate end-users.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Deliver Channel Sales Plan: You will create and implement a comprehensive channel sales plan to increase revenue and expand our customer base in the Netherlands.
  2. Analyze Sales Performance and Strategic Planning: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance sales activities.
  3. Implement Goals for Assigned Partners: Work closely with assigned partners to set and achieve sales goals, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  4. Maintain and Build Channel Partner Network: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, identifying opportunities to expand our reach and improve sales outcomes.
  5. Product and Sales Training: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell our products.
  6. Coordinate Marketing Activities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that support our sales efforts in the Netherlands market.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in the Netherlands ICT and AV channel markets. Your expertise in sales, particularly in B2B markets, will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, your excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Dutch and English, will enable you to build strong relationships with our partners and customers.
