About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Customer Engagement Tribe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for governing our marketing automation tool, coordinating and assisting with marketing automation strategy and roadmap, and managing content across 18 markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance of DFDS' marketing automation tool (Iterable)
  • Coordinating and assisting with Marketing Automation strategy and roadmap
  • Content management and becoming a CMS superuser (Contentful)
