**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Safety Specialist to join our team at Energy Supply DK.
As a key member of our Documentation & Machine Safety team, you will play a central role in enhancing the safety of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the selection of solutions that meet both functional and safety requirements in the concept phase
- Preparing risk assessments in accordance with harmonized standards, including risk assessments in Safexpert
- Facilitating FMEA
- Ensuring compliance with the Machinery Directive and other relevant directives
- Establishing the basis for verification according to C-standards (Design, FAT, and SAT)
- Preparing technical dossiers, including EU declarations of conformity
- Participating in the optimization of internal processes and standardization of safety solutions
- Sharing knowledge with other professional groups
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- You likely have an electrical or mechanical education as an engineer, marine engineer, or electrician
- Practical experience in developing both mechanical and control-related safety solutions
- Solid knowledge of the Machinery Directive and harmonized standards, as well as experience with the CE marking process in connection with machine development
- Knowledge of the wind industry is an advantage
- Good language skills in both Danish and English, both written and spoken
