We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of OT cybersecurity policies across our organization. As Head of System Engineering and OT Cybersecurity, you will play a critical role in shaping our cybersecurity framework, enhancing compliance, and mitigating risks.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in OT cybersecurity, a deep understanding of process control systems, and a proven track record in lifecycle management of OT systems. Strong knowledge of industry standards, particularly IEC 62443, and experience in applying these standards to OT environments are essential. Additionally, familiarity with the NIS2 directive and its requirements for cybersecurity is required.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, system vendors, and the IT department to ensure that all systems are secure and compliant. Your responsibilities will include policy development and implementation, compliance and standards, lifecycle management, vendor collaboration, risk management and audits, reporting and documentation, education and training, and cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation, information technology, engineering, or a related field and excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
