About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our training team as a Advanced Training Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with production colleagues to design and deliver effective training programs that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training solutions that address business challenges and improve human performance.
  • Coach local trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training according to current standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and drive projects to improve training maturity and implement continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Relevant academic background in learning, education, science, psychology, or pedagogy.
  • Experience in training development and implementation in a large organization.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical, food, or aviation industry.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Danish.
About the Department

You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (AM BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approximately 900 employees working day and night to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for patients around the world.
