We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing change activities on a complex digital journey.

  • You will lead the creation and implementation of change plans, ensuring seamless user story adoption.
  • Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
  1. Designing and executing change efforts to facilitate adoption.
  2. Becoming an ambassador for change and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Mobilizing, involving, and informing stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  4. Identifying potential risks and creating detailed plans to mitigate or resolve challenges.
  5. Assessing how changes affect the business and ensuring necessary knowledge and skills are available.
  6. Measuring and sharing the effectiveness of the change based on defined metrics.
  7. Continuously reviewing and measuring the effectiveness of change activities and adjusting plans as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • A genuine and experienced IT Change Manager with a proven history of effective change management in IT and Digital transformations.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organization, with the ability to convey complex technical matters clearly.
  • A solid understanding of change management methodologies, business insights, and organizational difficulties.
