As a Solutions Engineer Project Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to drive project success. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to implementation and compliance.
Responsibilities- Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration with our engineering projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, legal, and project managers, to provide effective communication and alignment on contractual matters.
- Identify potential risks in contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the growth of COWI's projects.
- Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with contractors, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in written and oral Danish.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management within the engineering, energy, transportation/logistics, building, or related consulting industries preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of project dynamics and a commercial mindset preferred.
- Experience with the Danish standards within construction (AB 18, ABR 18 and ABT 18) is preferred.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with a high attention to details, capable of conveying complex technical information with clarity and precision.
- Adaptability to work in a diverse matrix organization, with the flexibility to navigate different cultural and business landscapes.
- Educational Background: Master's degree in business, law, or engineering.
- Advanced degree or certification in Contract Management is an asset
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately DKK 70,000 - DKK 90,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and international environment.
