Job Overview:

NKT A/S is looking for a talented IT Service Management Developer to join our team. As an ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining features and modules for ServiceDesk Plus using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality code for ServiceDesk Plus workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ServiceDesk Plus cloud and advise on value-added improvements.
  • Design and implement activities and continuous improvement processes within the scope of function.
  • Ensure daily operations of the platform.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in web application development using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks and tools.
  3. Experience with web services, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and database technologies.
  4. Experience with IT service management, ITIL, or related domains and best practices.
  5. Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools.
