About The Role

The Organizational Effectiveness Management Office drives strategic transformation processes across the AP Moller–Maersk Group.

We excel in organizational design projects that support the Integrator vision, leveraging our expertise to drive optimal outcomes aligned with defined objectives and global strategy.

A high-performing and collaborative team, we work at a fast pace to deliver exceptional quality in Organizational Design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design organizations with key stakeholders to drive desired business outcomes and transform the organization in alignment with strategy.
  • Drive the roll-out of the new organization with local stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Connect organizational design and Ways of Working, driving the most effective approach to structural changes.
  • Link overall Ways of Working requirements to strategy and proactively adjust critical areas.
