We are seeking a skilled B2B Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team at VML MAP. As a key member of our Customer and Business Strategy capability, you will be responsible for developing growth strategies that transform B2B customer experiences and drive commercial growth.

What You'll Do

You will work closely with clients across various industries to assess their B2B routes-to-market, identify opportunities for digitization, and improve customer engagement and relationship management. Your tasks may include:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive business strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
  3. Client Delivery: Take ownership of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategy papers.
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can think critically and strategically. You should have a strong background in B2B strategy, consulting, or a related field. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A master's degree in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, B2B consulting, advisory, or similar.
  • Experience working with B2B strategy and different marketing and sales models adopted when commercializing B2B customer relationships.
