Location: Fields, Copenhagen
Salary: €50,000 per annum

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Team Lead - Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • To maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
  • To lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in every interaction with customers.
  • To collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • To stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends, providing expert advice to customers on the latest fashion and sports products.
  • To maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • To deputize for other staff members when required, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.
