Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Primary Packaging Engineer in our Material Manufacturing Development (ManDev) department. You will be responsible for bringing new primary packaging materials from clinical development to market, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with R&D, QA, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth implementation of new primary packaging materials.
  2. Developing and maintaining documentation related to primary packaging regulatory filing activities.
  3. Identifying and evaluating new suppliers and technologies to improve primary packaging processes.
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A master's degree in engineering, material science, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in primary packaging development or maintenance for pharmaceuticals.
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively across functions and departments.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify and address potential issues.
