Chemical Pollution Researcher in the Arctic Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Pollution Researcher to join our team at the Department of Environmental Science. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge research projects focused on chemical pollution in the Arctic region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing research initiatives, including monitoring persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in biota and air, as well as screening for chemicals of emerging Arctic concern (CEACs) in various matrices using advanced analytical techniques. You will work closely with our established team to develop new research directions, such as analyses in novel matrices, modeling approaches, and connections to plastic pollution. Your expertise in chemical analysis and QA/QC procedures will ensure the high quality of our research outputs.

We offer a competitive salary range based on seniority: **DKK 510,000 - 603,000 per year**, depending on qualifications and experience.
