About the RoleThis Regulatory Affairs Associate position is part of our dynamic Hygiene team. As a key member, you'll contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance across our Nordic markets and product portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective strategies for navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with RECKITT's existing product portfolio within assigned Category segments across Nordic markets.
- Maintain marketing authorizations and legal requirements for artworks and promotional materials related to detergents, biocides, chemical mixtures, and electrical devices.
- Implement local regulatory strategies to facilitate the delivery of innovative products meeting country-specific requirements.
- Provide critical input to brand development and pipeline discussions.
- Update and maintain accurate Regulatory databases and documentation.
- Act as a change control champion for local regulations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with government agencies for registration purposes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Safety to align business operations with our strategic vision.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Nordic and EU chemical, detergent, biocide, and ecolabel regulations.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field like chemistry, biomedicine, or pharmacology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.
- Strong advocacy skills and an eagerness to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills and proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish or Swedish preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, reflecting your unique value to our organization.
