We are seeking an Advanced QA Specialist in Sterile Production to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in one or more projects, working closely with production colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality in validating and qualifying existing and new equipment. Your main responsibilities will include setting direction regarding validation and qualification activities and documentation, reviewing and approving Science and Risk-based Validation documentation, performing oversight of both equipment suppliers and on-site personnel, and ensuring compliance with current GMP rules and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in the natural sciences and preferably 2+ years of experience in QA or equipment responsible position in production. Having validation experience will be an advantage. You should have excellent skills in collaborating with stakeholders from different cultures and organisational levels, and thrive in a dynamic environment where cooperation with many different stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
You will work systematically, logically, and proactively to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you are passionate about Quality Assurance and want to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
