Aseptic Manufacturing Lead

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of aseptic manufacturing at Novo Nordisk A/S. You will lead the department in meeting production targets by optimizing process efficiency and resource allocation.
Main Tasks
- Optimize the formulation, wash, and sterilization processes to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement effective organizational structures and improvement cultures.
- Promote the use of new technologies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Establish and maintain data integrity and risk assessments within the department.
