Logistics Service Coordinator

About the Job:
We're seeking an energetic Operations Coordinator to maintain top-notch service while keeping costs in check. You'll work closely with our teams across Europe to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance and service on trailers
- Manage insurance claims (collecting information, coordination with insurance companies)
- Collaborate with depot partners (inventory management)
- Handle incoming invoices and fines
- Provide general customer service inquiries

Requirements:
- Teamwork and knowledge sharing are essential for this role
- Prior experience in administrative roles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach
- Good communication skills and English proficiency
