\As a Robotics Engineer in our API Project Automation & IT – Manufacturing Expansions department, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives the development and implementation of process automation solutions. Your primary focus will be on providing support to our process track from design phase to continuous improvements after implementation.
\Key responsibilities include establishing optimized automated solutions with a focus on process optimization and standardization across different process areas. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, and process teams to provide our solution in a simple and efficient way, respecting our strong requirements for quality and safety in production processes.
\Main tasks include becoming a trusted advisor to project teams, presenting ideas confidently to larger audiences, driving process finding and designing robotics solutions, and facilitating problem-solving with data analysis.
\The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in automation, robotics, or a similar field, strong experience in working with robotics, and good understanding of process flows within IT/Automation and systematic problem-solving skills.
\Suitable candidates also have great stakeholder management understanding, fluency in verbal and written English, and thrive in multicultural environments with close teamwork and independence to make critical decisions.
