About the Role

CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS) is a leading provider of fully integrated real estate, facilities, and technology solutions for data centre owners, occupiers, and investors worldwide. As a dedicated business line within CBRE, DCS is committed to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the migration of ICT infrastructure and operations into our new Co-Location Data Center in Copenhagen.
  • Procure and coordinate the installation of Racks, PDU's, Cold-Isle Containments, Power Whips, and Cable Trays.
  • Design and implement a structured cabling environment.
  • Coordinate the build and implementation of the structured cabling environment.
  • Ensure correct power installation and availability to Racks, as per design.
  • Prepare new storage rooms, including emergency cables and supplies.
  • Manage new and ongoing security access with suppliers.
  • Set up new office areas at the new site.
  • Receive and analyze work requests for all migrations.
  • Coordinate migrations with suppliers and customers.
  • Submit SNOW tickets and represent changes at the CAB.
  • Plan the placement of Racks and devices within Racks.
  • Coordinate installation with contractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate cable procurement and receive cables for specific installations.
  • Perform pre-installation checks to ensure correct capacity.
  • Implement and manage work quality of contractors performing installations.
  • Initiate escorting processes and include escorting of suppliers.
  • Perform ongoing operational support work at the new site and existing sites.
  • Remove sensitive data from equipment to be dispatched.
  • Coordinate cleanup of the site with suppliers.
