As a member of our IT Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT platform, which is essential for delivering high-quality software and high-availability systems to our customers.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Platform Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT platform, including designing and implementing improved platform monitoring capabilities, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents, and ensuring compliance with internal IT security policies and industry standards.

You will collaborate with other IT teams to evaluate and ensure high platform availability and assist in projects and advise on relevant technical matters.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in IT security practices, including knowledge of virtualization technologies, network, storage, backup, and general IT security practices. Experience with hybrid infrastructure, including Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD, is highly desirable.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with five or more years of experience in the IT industry, preferably within IT operations.
