We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Architect to join our Architecture Services department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, as well as strong technical and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by providing technical guidance and support to customers.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries and provide expert advice to customers on services and technologies.
  • Infrastructure Management: Analyze and report on Availability and Capacity areas as agreed with the customer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree: Hold a relevant degree with supplementary education and 2-5 years of work experience as an architect or IT specialist.
  • Operational Technologies: Have broad knowledge of server, storage, database technologies, hardware, virtualization technology, network, and cloud.
  • ITIL Practices: Know what it takes to ensure the availability, capacity, and continuity of IT operations and have knowledge and experience working with ITIL practices.
