Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a committed Software Engineer who wants to be a driving force in the development of digital products that go beyond conventional surveys. As a Digital Product Developer, your tasks will include collaborating in our agile Scrum team and contributing to the development of innovative solutions within our exceptional web-based products that lead the way in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in ways that create value for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Product development in close contact with customers and users as well as responsibility for IT support (2nd level) and operations.
  • Development of fullstack solutions using technologies such as React/TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, and Java. You will work with automated tests such as JUnit.
  • Participation in code reviews and, if needed, pair-programming.
  • CLOSE collaboration with the team to define product functionality and technical implementation.
  • Contribute to a diverse team where different perspectives and points of view are valued both professionally and personally.

Requirements

We imagine you have:

  • Relevant education in computer science, software development or related fields and 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer.
  • Passion for developing modern, user-friendly digital products and a deep understanding of their essence.
  • Solid understanding of what constitutes a robust engineering design and well-formed code.
  • Ambitious and constantly motivated to develop your skills.
  • Speaks and writes English both in writing and orally – minimum CEFR B1, preferable B2 or higher.
