We're seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team in Toronto. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide clients and internal stakeholders towards growth by deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored technology solutions.

As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll bridge the gap between business goals and technological possibilities. You'll translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps and innovative designs that empower our clients to thrive.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Navigate our strategic partnerships and stay close to our network.
  • Presents compelling cases and case studies at industry events.
  • Serves as the go-to technical expert on client projects, working closely with internal teams (Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy).
  • Acts as a translator, transforming ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies.
  • Collaborates with our growth team on pitches, RFPs, and high-level scoping.
  • Stays ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing technologies and developing insightful points of view.

Your Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of leadership and success in a solutions consulting or related role (e.g., technical consulting or customer success management) at a senior level.
  • A strong foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms like: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, etc.
  • Natural communication skills, capable of captivating any level audience in speech, writing, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships and managing different stakeholders.
  • A true team player, always willing to both lead the conversation, but also to collaborate and encourage others.

Estimated salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
