Job Description

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for problem-solving, and a keen attention to detail. As a Credit Controller, you will work closely with the collection of LEMAN UK accounts receivables and be responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process incoming payments and ensure timely reconciliation
  2. Collect outstanding debts from customers while maintaining a positive relationship
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve disputes and discrepancies
  4. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines for follow-ups and reporting
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
