The Customer Engagement & Commercial Innovation department aims to optimize and innovate commercial activities, always with the customer and patient at the centre. We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to formulate and execute collaborative partnerships that enhance business performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to leverage insights and drive innovative initiatives that align with Novo Nordisk's mission. The successful candidate will navigate new therapy areas and market opportunities while building robust stakeholder relationships.
Main responsibilities include:
- Identifying, developing, implementing, and managing commercial strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with affiliate business objectives and monitoring partnership performance.
- Leading and driving business development deals, evaluating emerging technologies and patient solution programs that enhance patient access and adherence.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels to influence decision-making and support innovative business solutions.
- Assessing new market opportunities by analysing trends and identifying potential for diversification and growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in negotiating and closing external innovation deals, experience in developing and executing on strategic business initiatives, understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, and fluency in English (with Danish being highly beneficial).
