This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative indoor furniture solutions for the global market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conceptual Designs: Develop innovative product designs within specified categories, focusing primarily on upholstery furniture.
  • Product Design Guidelines: Lead the establishment and implementation of Product Design Guidelines, incorporating concepts such as Product Modulization to ensure alignment with Design-for-Manufacturing, Design-for-Sustainability, and cost optimization.
  • Data Systems: Support the updating and implementation of systems and design data creation processes across the Actona Group value chain.
  • Visualization: Maintain and develop standardized 3D environments, light settings, and software-related special projects.
  • Market Analysis: Participate in or lead market research to analyze industry trends, global competition, and market demands, effectively communicating findings with the team.
  • Idea Creation: Generate commercial Actona DNA ideas and concepts from customer briefs, transforming them into simple and conceptual 3D work efficiently.
  • Task Management: Work with project deadlines, manage tasks with short deadlines, and balance multiple open projects simultaneously.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with international and Danish colleagues, as well as external designers, to facilitate efficient execution of core design processes.
