HSEQ Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Coordinator to join our Offshore Division at Global Wind Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing HSEQ performance and supporting relevant business units in the HSEQ area.

• Be the primary point of contact for the Service and Maintenance division regarding HSEQ matters.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all reporting in the division, including incidents, snag points, NCRs, and environmental reporting, and verify data accuracy on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Develop and implement targets for the divisions in the HSEQ field, ensuring continuous follow-up and improvement.
• Develop and maintain HSEQ documentation in projects within the division, including RAMS, HSE/Q plans, target setting, and HSEQ campaign development and roll-out.
• Provide HSEQ content for project management models.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with HSEQ regulations, perform PPE checks, and align with site management on HSEQ topics and performance.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop division-specific initiatives, campaigns, and focus areas to improve HSEQ performance.
• Provide input and support for developing HSEQ in Global Wind Service, including safety committees, risk assessments, and legal compliance screening.

• Previous experience in HSEQ roles, preferably in the wind industry or oil and gas sector.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as safety or a related discipline.
• Certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH, internal auditing (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001), and GWO BST and BTT.
• Technical knowledge of wind turbine installation and blade work is an asset.
• Self-motivation, proactive approach, and commitment to seeking and sharing information, staying updated during projects.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve HSEQ performance, including personal actions.
• Investigation and analytical skills.
• Ownership of tasks, co-responsibility for project success.
• Teamwork, time management, and workload monitoring.
• Advanced communication skills, including fluency in English, with a focus on highlighting HSEQ issues when interacting with project stakeholders.

• Valid driving license.
