High Voltage Cable System Tester

At Kinectrics, we're seeking a skilled High Voltage Cable System Tester to join our team.
As a High Voltage Cable System Tester, you will be responsible for conducting commissioning and maintenance testing on High Voltage (HV) and Extra High Voltage (EHV) AC and DC cable systems at client sites across Denmark and other European countries. You will ensure that all testing is conducted in compliance with Industry and International testing standards.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of HV testing and the ability to analyze data to identify potential issues. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement new techniques for High Voltage Testing and Diagnosis on HV and EHV AC and DC cable systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting commissioning and maintenance testing on HV and EHV AC and DC cable systems;
- Executing field testing and diagnosis of HV cable systems;
- Developing and implementing new techniques for High Voltage Testing and Diagnosis;
- Performing technical analysis of Partial Discharge Data for offline and online diagnosis techniques;
- Compiling technical test reports including recommendations based on analyzed test data;
We're looking for someone with a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with High Voltage testing. A good understanding of industry testing standards and regulations is also essential.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
