About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Office of the CIO at our corporate headquarters in Randers. As an Agile Coach, you will collaborate with leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational agility.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert coaching to Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and domain leaders to optimize their workflows.
- Help product teams adopt Agile practices, ceremonies, and principles to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies to foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation.
- Deepen your understanding of Agile delivery models, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and others.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Promote transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Agile practices and recommend adjustments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Agile adoption.

About Us:
Danish Crown A/S is a leading player in the food industry, with a presence in Denmark, England, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, and China. Our new Agile & Transformation team is driving the implementation of Lean-Agile ways of working across the organization.
Salary: 1,200,000 DKK per annum (approximately $175,000 USD), depending on experience and qualifications.
Language: Fluent English and Danish language skills are required for this role.
