About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Office of the CIO at Danish Crown's corporate headquarters in Randers. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Agile practices, fostering continuous improvement, and enhancing organizational agility across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and domain leaders to optimize their workflows and improve efficiency.">
  • Help product teams adopt and apply Agile principles, ceremonies, and methodologies to drive value and product-driven development.">
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Agile delivery models, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other relevant frameworks.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, promoting transparency and alignment across the organization.">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Agile practices and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal results.">
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Agile adoption and provide inspirational communication about relevant Agile topics.">

Your Background

">

The ideal candidate holds a relevant education at bachelor's or master's level and has proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, preferably from a larger company. You have strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and master English and Danish at the negotiating level.

You are comfortable with finding your way through ambiguity and situations where stakeholders hold divergent opinions, with excellent communication and facilitation skills. Your passion for driving positive change and fostering an Agile mindset makes you an excellent fit for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately 850,000 DKK per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, pension plans, and generous paid time off.
