About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best-in-practice procurement process for AAK.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supplier Management: You will be responsible for controlling supplier and product approval documentation, liaising with suppliers to ensure compliance, and monitoring completion and out-of-date information.
  2. Contract Administration: You will maintain the contract database, inputting data, recording negotiated savings, and maintaining physical documentation.
  3. SAP Master Data Maintenance: You will be the owner of all procurement master data and MDG flows, updating contract, pricelists, source lists, and other relevant material and vendor data.
  4. Procurement Excellence: You will support the development of procurement processes and procedures, producing and controlling SOPs and process documentation.
  5. Training and Support: You will provide informal training to non-procurement staff on process, policy, and procedure and update and distribute process changes to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Audit and Compliance: You will audit purchases to ensure D&A/procurement policy compliance, reporting and following up non-compliance with the Procurement Manager.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience working in an international business environment with administrative tasks.
  • A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a service-minded and agile approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A structured way of working and interest in interacting with necessary stakeholders and colleagues.
