Domain Advisor - Healthcare

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Advisor to join our team at Systematic. As a Domain Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring domain-specific knowledge is integrated into the development of our healthcare solutions. You will work closely with our talented colleagues to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and comply with national standards and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive, assist, and execute domain-specific activities towards the development of features and functions and customer-related activities in a team-oriented environment.
  • Sparring and knowledge-sharing on Swedish requirements with colleagues both in Denmark and Sweden.
  • Participate in the selected testing of features and functions.
  • Play a central role in translating customer needs and requirements to match our software solutions.
  • Prepare and conduct meetings and workshops with customer representatives and clinicians, and document decisions and results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Swedish healthcare sector, preferably with some software development experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of a clinical setting in a health provider organisation in the Swedish healthcare sector, a strong understanding of IT, and an interest in its impact on clinical users' everyday lives.
  • Relevant degree within healthcare (e.g. nurse, medical doctor, medical secretary or administrative staff), and preferably with an additional bachelor/master's degree in health informatics, software or similar.
  • Proactive, clear, and precise communication with stakeholders.
  • Outgoing and solution-oriented.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment but is also able to work independently.
  • Good communicator and presenter, both orally and in writing.
  • Structured approach, analytical skills, and an eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish and able to work seamlessly with Danish-speaking colleagues.
