About the Role

You will be working closely with our senior project management teams and other key stakeholders to ensure that our quality standards are met and exceeded. This includes developing and implementing strategies for securing a strong implementation of NNE's QMS and quality controls backed by risk management.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in successfully implementing ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. If you have experience with stakeholder management at different levels in a large matrix organisation, and are able to effectively manage team dynamics and create real impact, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coach and grow employees, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment.
  • Lead and drive daily operations in the department to secure effective and efficient processes and systems that meet organisational needs.
