Vestas is a leading wind turbine producer, committed to sustainability and safety. We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to join our team in the NCE CPX department.

The Installation & Commissioning (I&C) department within NCE CPX handles the pre-installation, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines both onshore and offshore. The Operational HSE, Logistic & Excellence department provides Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) support to the execution teams working on various construction sites in the NCE region.

As a key member of the HSE Excellence team, you will focus on long-term improvements, manage initiatives using proactive data from sites, build business cases for proposed improvements, and participate in the BPE forum.

You will also train new operational staff on specific HSE competencies, conduct TapRoot investigations, and create HSE reports for the region.

This role requires strong interpersonal and people skills, as well as analytical skills and solid organisational capability. You should be able to persuade others and direct small teams in a project setup.
