- Analyzing the organization's IT infrastructure and recommending upgrades for executive review.
- Reviewing and improving network security and electronic document storage procedures.
- Strategizing on project costs, benefits, and viability while justifying funding to executives.
- Staying abreast of new technology and researching ways to upgrade the company's computer systems for maximum productivity.
- Identifying personnel needs to ensure consistency in staffing levels and attain operational requirements.
- Negotiating with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to achieve high-quality IT infrastructure operations.
The successful candidate will possess enhanced communication skills, practical leadership abilities, problem-solving acumen, and analytical thinking. A bachelor's degree or above in IT Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is required, along with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or management position in an IT-related environment.
