Are you passionate about leading a Process Support team in a dynamic production environment?
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg.
The Position
As a Process Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that supports production and ensures that we can release products to our patients.
You will be part of the management team, reporting to the Director of the department, and will work collaboratively with your co-workers to solve problems, set direction, and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower and engage your team to ensure timely project progress, product quality, and on-schedule releases.
- Maintain close involvement with team members, promoting a shop-floor culture where coaching and feedback guide development and direction.
- Create an inclusive and diverse work environment that values different perspectives, fostering high engagement and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Champion a LEAN culture, where problem-solving and continuous improvement are fundamental to the team's success.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production, with a strong leadership track record.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
- Systematic, LEAN approach to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong focus on setting direction, fostering accountability, and supporting employee development.
