Product Owner for Digital Configuration Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Configuration Management Product Team, accountable for developing capabilities and digital tools to support configuration management activities within Vestas.
This includes defining and maintaining the product vision and strategy, collaborating with stakeholders across Digital Solutions and the Vestas Value Chain, and building a product roadmap that assesses the current product portfolio in conjunction with key functions in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service.
Furthermore, the Product Owner will facilitate discovery activities with users and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, install a user-centric mindset within product teams and among stakeholders, and define EPICs, User stories, and Sprint Goals based on user insights and qualitative data.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, configuration management, and product configuration, as well as experience presenting to various levels of the organization and thinking commercially to drive product development.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business, 7+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager, and fluency in English.
